InRadar vs FANS: Instagram Non-Followers on iPhone

Published October 7, 2026 by FANS App

We recommend FANS for iPhone users who want a guided way to check who does not follow them back on Instagram without giving the checker their Instagram login. FANS compares your official Instagram export on your device and supports public and private accounts. InRadar for iPhone also advertises local, no-login export analysis, so those benefits are shared. Choose FANS for this focused follow-back workflow; expect to request a fresh export and pay for Pro to reveal the complete list.

See FANS on the App Store for the guided import. FANS requires iOS 16 or later.

First, identify which InRadar you are comparing

The iPhone app discussed here is InRadar – Unfollowers Tracker, app ID 6758436130, from Codelog Yazilim Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi. It describes analysis of your own official Instagram download. A separate Google Play InRadar: Profile Viewer listing names BF BİLİŞİM as its developer. Its profile-viewer description is not evidence about the Codelog iPhone app.

That name overlap can make an app comparison misleading. Match the store, developer and app ID before applying a privacy policy or feature claim. FANS is the Walter Labs app with ID 6743733024. This page compares the iPhone choices for your own follower lists; it does not evaluate access to someone else's private account.

Sources: the InRadar listing above and the FANS US App Store listing. These are documented capabilities, not an accuracy or speed test. We do not infer that a feature is absent just because a listing omits it.

Our reason to choose FANS is concrete: if your job is to compare your own followers and following, its guided export/import process directly serves that job. You do not need extra profile tools to answer the follow-back question. This is a recommendation for that task, not a claim that FANS has the most features. InRadar's lower software requirement and additional listed languages are real differences; FANS is not an iOS 15 option.

A blocked-account list does not tell you who blocked you

InRadar's feature description refers to your blocked-account list. The direction matters: accounts you blocked are different from accounts that blocked you. Likewise, accounts you hid stories from are different from people who viewed your profile. Neither label should be turned into a claim that the app can identify blockers or profile visitors.

FANS focuses on non-followers. It does not claim to detect blocks or ghost accounts, and it does not automatically unfollow anyone. For the relationship distinction, read what an Instagram non-follower means. A missing follow-back relationship is useful information, but it does not explain a person's motives or establish why their account disappeared.

Fictional example: You follow Jamie, but Jamie is absent from the followers list in your export. FANS can put Jamie in your non-follower result. That single snapshot cannot establish whether Jamie used to follow you, when a change happened, or whether anyone blocked anyone. If your task is that current list comparison, FANS is our pick; if you expect those other answers, reset the expectation before paying.

Compare privacy claims at the right level

Both iPhone apps describe local handling of imported Instagram data. InRadar's linked privacy policy, titled Reports+, says imported Instagram data stays on the device rather than its servers. The FANS privacy policy also states that Instagram data is not retained on our servers.

Local follower-list analysis does not mean zero collection of other app data. Both current App Store privacy labels include tracking-related categories. FANS lists purchases and identifiers there; InRadar also lists usage data. Read the complete labels and policies for your preferences. Our recommendation concerns the FANS export workflow, not an exclusive privacy advantage or a guarantee against every security or account problem.

Check the price of the result you want

FANS is free to download, but Pro is required to reveal the complete non-follower list. Its US listing includes $4.99 and $9.99 purchase amounts without identifying billing periods in those rows. Check the in-app offer for its actual period, renewal price and trial terms. Our FANS free-versus-Pro guide explains the access limitation.

InRadar's US listing shows Weekly Premium at $4.99, Monthly Premium at $9.99 and Annual Premium at $34.99, plus separate limited offers. Listing prices do not guarantee offer eligibility or establish the exact free-feature allowance. Review the displayed purchase terms. FANS is our recommendation for the guided follow-back task, not a claim that it is cheaper.

Use FANS to complete the follow-back check

  1. Request your own Instagram relationship data. Use Instagram's official export controls and select the correct Instagram profile, including followers and following. Choose JSON and All time for the FANS workflow. You authenticate with Instagram to obtain your file; you do not give that login to FANS.
  2. Download the actual export ZIP to your iPhone. Wait until Instagram makes the file available. A saved download webpage or PDF is not the archive.
  3. Import the ZIP through FANS. Follow the in-app guide and select the downloaded file. See our FANS import instructions if you need the detailed steps.
  4. Review access and results. Check the Pro offer before unlocking the complete list. Interpret the result as following accounts absent from the followers data in that export.
  5. Verify important cases and refresh when needed. Check a relationship in Instagram before acting on an older snapshot. Import a newly requested export for newer information; downloading the same old file again does not update its contents.

Export-based checks depend on complete inputs and the snapshot's age. One non-follower list is not proof of historical unfollows. For that separate question, our guide to comparing exports over time explains the evidence you need.

Our verdict: FANS for the guided non-follower workflow

FANS is our recommended Instagram non-follower checker for iPhone users on iOS 16 or later who want guided import of their official export, local follower-list comparison, and public/private-account support without giving a checker their Instagram login. InRadar shares the export-based, no-login approach and advertises additional tools. For the specific task of checking who does not follow back, choose FANS with a fresh export and a clear understanding that the full list requires Pro.
