What happens to exports when you block someone?
An Instagram export is a point-in-time snapshot. If blocking changes the relationship, an export prepared before the block can contain different Followers and Following membership from one prepared afterward. Importing the older ZIP again does not update it.

If a username is present in Following but absent from Followers, FANS can report that snapshot result. It does not claim the reason was a block, an unfollow, a removed follower, deactivation, or any other event.
Can FANS tell who blocked you?
